Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the future development trends of the educational multimedia industry and the indicators of professional competence of project managers in education multimedia industry in order to identify the critical elements that need to be included in development of a training course for multimedia industry project managers. The results of the study may serve as a reference for the development of future training courses. The study involved the conduct of in-depth interviews with multimedia industry project managers. The results of the study may be useful in the development of future courses for multimedia project managers in the future. It also offers suggestions for future research into the knowledge and skills of multimedia project managers.
